Bookings cannot be confirmed until we have received the deposit which is the equivalent of the cost of the first night. This can be paid by debit or credit card (not American Express). The deposit is non refundable under any circumstances. Should you cancel or reduce your stay within 7 days of the arrival date, we reserve the right to charge you the full amount as booked. You may therefore wish to consider holiday insurance. We can supply forms on request. We are sorry but we no longer accept payment by cheque. Rooms are available from 2PM on the day of arrival. YOU MUST CHECK IN BEFORE 9PM unless you have made prior arrangements with us. Rooms must be vacated by 10.30AM on the day of departure but we will look after your luggage for you, should you have transport booked for a later time. We have no safety deposit box and cannot be responsible for any of your property which is lost, stolen or damaged other than by our own negligence. All our services are offered subject to availability. In the most unlikely event that we are unable to provide accommodation as booked then we will contact you as soon as possible and return any payments you have made. There may be occasions when the full Drinks & Snacks service is unavailable and we do not usually offer snacks in the winter months. Please ask for details. We are sure you will take reasonable care of our property but we reserve the right to charge for any lost or damaged items. There is also a charge for lost room keys or any tobacco smoke contamination in the rooms. The Blue Palms is strictly no smoking. |
