| Bookings cannot be confirmed until the appropriate deposit has been received. Rooms are available from 2pm on the day of arrival. You must check in by 9.00 pm unless you have made prior arrangements with us. Rooms must be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure but we will be happy to look after your luggage should you have transport booked for a later time. The deposit is non refundable in any circumstances. Should you cancel or reduce your holiday within 7 days of the booked arrival date, you may be liable for additional cancellation charges. We reserve the right to charge you the full cost of your holiday as booked if we cannot re-let the room. You may therefore wish to consider holiday insurance. We can supply forms on request. We have no safe deposit and cannot be responsible for any of your property which is lost, stolen or damaged other than by our own negligence. Our accommodation is offered subject to availability. In the most unlikely event that we are unable to provide your accommodation as booked, then we will contact you as soon as possible and return any payments you have made. We are sure that you will take reasonable care of our property but we reserve the right to charge for any lost or damaged items. There is also a charge for any lost room keys. |
